ABOUT

 

Lisa works at the intersection of the figure, fashion, fabric and film. Her professional life began conserving textiles at the Gardner Museum. Earning a graduate degree from Cranbrook with a Jack Lenor Larsen scholarship, she went on to working in wardrobe for major motion picture features and costume designing for independent film in Boston and LA. Currently she works in an interior design showroom which in part, inspires her studio practice. The body, urban landscape and most recently the California desert informs her work. She exhibits in the LA area and nationally. She shares her artwork on Instagram @lillepin.
